Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is a third-person, single-player action-adventure game developed by Respawn Entertainment in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games and published by Electronic Arts. It continues the story of Cal Kestis, with the narrative taking place five years after the events of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Cal is now a more experienced Jedi Knight attempting to survive as the Empire continues its pursuit of the remaining Jedi.
Gameplay combines lightsaber combat, Force abilities, exploration, traversal and environmental puzzles. The combat system from Jedi: Fallen Order returns with additional Force abilities and lightsaber fighting styles. Players can explore larger areas, discover optional locations and rewards, and acquire new skills, equipment and abilities that affect both combat and exploration.
The game is designed as a single-player experience and does not include online multiplayer. Its story expands the Star Wars setting through new planets, characters and threats while continuing Cal Kestis's journey from the previous game.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor originally launched for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC on April 28, 2023. Versions for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One were released later, on September 17, 2024.
